    If you like your bacon don't skip on it here, the bacon is great!
    Their burgers and fries are the best and my favourite dessert here would be their apple pie with their French vanilla.
    Give their Calamari a go!

    Everyone please stay away from acropolis diner.  We found a paper clip in our omelet and they refused to take it off our bill. Absolutely absurd. Will be reporting to Hamden to have acropolis diner sanitation grade reevaluated.

    Enjoyed our breakfast!
    Very friendly staff and lovely manager! Awesome Blackstone benedict and steak and eggs cooked to perfection.

    I look at google pics and this place looked good and smelled good when I walked in, the waitress was a sweetheart, but when I got my steak and cheese grinder I looked at the top of the bread and there it was, mold!! I was so disappointed and the waitress felt bad, she didn't see it because the sandwich was open until I closed it. Never again will I eat there.

    Came in here because it was the only diner in town and I felt like having a turkey club. The service was good and staff was friendly. Food is standard and mediocre. Turkey club was pretty good and they gave me tons of fries. My sister had a hot open turkey which she did not like. It was thick and tough smothered in a bland sauce. Not much more to say except I would not put this place on the bucket list.
